| BBF-ZEAT GmbH is a Bulgarian-German limited liability company owned by Mr. Dr. - Eng. Franz Demmelmeier from Germany, Mr. Dipl.- Eng. Pavel Bojadjiev and Mrs. Dipl. Econ. Janet Dinkova - all of them from Bulgaria. Since the beginning Mr. Pavel Bojadjiev is the managing director of the company. |
| The annual turnover of BBF-ZEAT GmbH for the last few fiscal years is nearly one milion BGN (about a half milion €) and the net profit is about 10%. |
| The company was founded on 1st of June 1991 on the base of a team of professionals, who worked together many years in the area of implementing and servicing DEC-products and application software. |
There are 12 persons working at the company:- 6 engineers and programmers,

| To improve short reaction time in local regions of the country and quality of customer support we have service representatives in five big towns in the country - Varna, V.Tarnovo, Bourgas , Plovdiv and Ruse. Now we cover the whole territory of Bulgaria. |
| In February 1993 BBF-ZEAT GmbH became a DIGITAL's Authorized Service Agent for all services offered for Bulgaria on the base of service agreement. One year later BBF-ZEAT GmbH became a Sales Partner of DIGITAL. After Compaq acquired DEC in mid of 1998 all the obligations and responsibilities from the service agreement were resigned by Compaq. After the merging between Hewlett-Packard(HP) and Compaq in May 2002, we have signed a new service agreement with HP including management of a spare parts consignment stock. BBF-ZEAT GmbH is now a service partner of HP for AlphaServers. |
| During the period 1991-2003 BBF-ZEAT GmbH has installed and serviced more than 45 DEC systems: MVAX 3xxx, VAX 4xxx, VAX 6000 cluster, DECstations, more than 80 AlphaServers as: GS60, GS140, AS4100, ES10000, ES12000 and many personal computers and stations, delivered by DEC, Compaq, HP or by VAR-representatives. Practically most of the large VAX and Alpha systems, delivered in the last 15 years in Bulgaria are installed and serviced by BBF-ZEAT GmbH. |
| Our main service clients with installed DEC/Compaq/HP hardware and specially AlphaServers are Bulbank, Bankservice, National Statistics Institute, National Health-Insurance Fund, Lukoil Neftochim - Bourgas, Nuclear Power Station in Kozloduy, NEC - National dispatching centre Sofia, BNB - Printing-house Sofia, M-tel - Bulgaria, Reuters - Bulgaria, OBB - Sofia, Bulgarian National Railroad - G. Orjahovitsa, Technical Universities in Sofia and Varna and many others. |
| BBF-ZEAT GmbH has designed and installed many LAN and WAN again with DEC hardware and network software, based on DECnet, PathWorks, Novell, Windows etc. Our software professionals are qualified to work with OpenVMS, UNIX, MS Windows, as well as with databases like Oracle, Informix, MySQL, SAP. |
