BBF-ZEAT GmbH hires new, unused, celebrated (or assembled from celebrated devices and
modules if client insists) personal computers. For that purpose a contract is concluded.
The duration of the contract is 12 (twelve) months.

In case of untimely termination of the contract by the client, the same one pays a penalty to BBF-ZEAT GmbH
at the rate of 50% from the remaining month payments before expiration of the contract.

After expiration of the contract's validity the two sides negotiates in written manner for
one of the following variants:
- The two sides sign a new contract or extra agreement to the current contract for new
personal computers and those hired before are turned back to BBF-ZEAT GmbH in condition,
adequate to one year exploitation by a good owner, supplying drivers, documentation and
installed operational system
- Extension of the current contract for at least 6 (six) months and month hiring price ¼ (one
quarter) of the middle month price for 1 hiring object multiplied by the number of the
hired objects. An extra agreement is signed to the current contract.
- The client buys up hired objects at their remaining price. A new contract is signed for
that.
