| Warranty service |
| The warranty service is accomplished only when an original warranty card is presented. In all other cases the repair will be made in accordance with the prices, determined by the "BBF-ZEAT GmbH" company. |
| The goods are being repaired free of charge in the warranty period in all cases, unless when: |
- there are corrections or changes of the invoice or of the warranty card;
- consumables of poor quality have been used;
- an attempt for removing a defect is made by non-authorized by BBF-ZEAT GmbH persons;
- the damage is caused not through the dealer's fault:
- incorrect transport;
- inappropriate storage;
- incorrect exploitation;
- natural disasters.

| The damaged device is supplied to our Service division by the customer or authorized person. The device is approved by BBF-ZEAT GmbH's service technician who diagnosticates the problem. A repair of the device is made, a repair tax is specified (if there is one) or a recommndation for device replacing is issued. The reapired device is transfered back to the customer (or authorized person) and a supplement document is created. It contains the repair chronology - repair actions, spare parts, put in work in hours and the person who did it. |
| Out-of-warranty service |
| Out-of-warranty service is based on long-term service contract or call. The presence of long-term service contract provides fast, cheap and without problems repair. When summoned each service is paid according to the following price list. |
